Our Priority Search offers a complete solution that’s designed to help clients with their urgent staffing needs or to help deliver Executive Level talent under a confidential search for any size staffing project. Your Search consultant will assign a recruiter that will be totally dedicated to your search until it’s completed.  Candidates will be exclusively submitted to you for 30 days.  Each candidate will be submitted with their resume, a detailed qualification summary, complete evaluation of reference checks.

• Our replacement guarantee is 90 days from start day.
• 1/3 fee due upon signing on the contract
• 2/3 due upon fulfillment of the search.

Contingency Search

Our Contingency Search option is designed to help our clients identify candidates for projects of any size.  No exclusivity of candidates is offered.  Each candidate will be submitted with their resume, a detailed qualification summary, and references will be checked upon hiring decision.
