POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Demand to Build Process Execution Lead is a key member of SMI's Demand to Build team. In this role, you will work directly with Global Process Lead in managing the day to day activities of the D2B Team, across manufacturing, quality assurance, demand planning and supply planning processes. This role will also work closely with Global Demand to Build Process owners and business subject matter experts to deliver strategic supply chain processes.
- The Demand to Build Process Execution Lead is responsibilities for the leading the D2B team in the timely completion of project deliverables, including, analysis of the business process requirements, development and review of potential solution options, delivery of functional specifications, configuration of SAP and supporting technologies.
- This role will also support unit testing, integration testing, business readiness, change management, security, training, and hyper-care activities.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global ERP implementations with a focus on SAP modules, SAP ECC (SD, MM, IM, QA, PP, MRP) and SAP APO (DP, SNP and PP/DS).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the quality and timely delivery of D2B team's blueprint deliverables: template adherence, localization requests, and global template expansion driven by business requirements, best practice and supported by business value. Deliverables include, to-be process flows, solution design that is repeatable, stable, ensuring process effectiveness, repeatable and stable, functional specification, master data conversion rules and organizational configuration. Role will also need to support organizational discussions and assist in the documentation of change impacts.
- Manage the build of business processes within the supporting technology, SAP and related applications. Configure applications based on requirements, unit test configuration and functional specifications, develop business process procedures and determine end user roles. In-addition, support master data conversions and development of training materials
- Support integration and Dress Rehearsal phases. Test script development to thoroughly test business processes, testing defect management insuring timely resolution, application cutover plans and system startup. Work with the technical integration and support organization to build the Hyper-Care plan for go-live activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 10 years related experience.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Business Intelligence Lead will be accountable for setting a vision for Business Intelligence and helping to guide in the development and enforcement of the vision of business intelligence across the entire organization. In addition, the lead will need to be responsible for the BI Architecture and act as a BI Architect. The Lead will also be responsible for developing and enforcing the processes associated within the IT development team. This can be an exciting opportunity to take on not only more of a leadership position and deliver results that allows the business to improve their decision making process, but also to take on this initiative across an Enterprise BI implementation. This role will not be a typical dedicated BI Lead role. Because of our size, this individual must be willing to perform a number of roles including BI Architect, report developer, and provide training to end users. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
